Finca - Las Tejoneras

Olive trees cover the land. Wild herbs grow between them. Summer leaves the earth dry and warm, and by late afternoon the air carries the smell of vegetation, wood and heat.

This is where we grow our olives.
But it is also where we eat, gather, make things, slow down and find ideas.
Everything starts here.

Life at Las Tejoneras

Life on the finca moves with the land.
There are long, hot afternoons and quiet evenings. Olives waiting to be harvested. Aromatic plants growing wild. Tables that stay full a little longer than planned.
Some things here have a flavour. Others have a scent, a texture, a feeling.
Over time, all of them have become part of Scandalusia.

Olive oil was the first thing we wanted to share. It comes directly from the trees of Las Tejoneras and remains at the heart of what we do.

Living here made us realise the finca gives us more than olives — the scent of warm earth, wild herbs, dry wood and the air at the end of the day.

Some Scandalusia creations begin with what grows here.
Others begin with a smell, a ritual, an object, a memory or simply something we love about life in Andalucía.

Our Olives & Thyme candle came from the atmosphere of the finca — warm spice, dry woods, soft musk and Mediterranean earth. Tomorrow it may be something completely different. That is the point.

Our Andalusia

We love Andalucía for what it really is.
Wild and cultivated. Dry and abundant. Rough around the edges and incredibly beautiful.

We are inspired by its agriculture, its food, its landscapes, its homes, its colours, its smells and the way people live around them.

We don’t know every form Scandalusia will take. But we know where it begins. Here, among the olive trees. With something grown, found, remembered or imagined at Finca Las Tejoneras.
