We are producing only 3,500 litres this year. Every bottle comes from a single estate, a single variety, and specific moments in the harvest. Oil collected in October is blended with oil from November, creating a more layered profile that highlights the best these olives can offer. This cold-extracted Arbequina EVOO is ideal for finishing dishes, dipping, salads, vegetables, and premium culinary use, a rare oil with exceptional quality and depth.
