At Scandalusia, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to protect the freshness and quality of our premium products. All shipments are dispatched from our finca in Andalucía, Spain.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (launches, holidays, limited editions), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We work exclusively with reliable, well-known carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Domestic Shipping (Spain)

Orders within Spain are shipped using:

  • Correos
  • Correos Express

The carrier is assigned depending on package weight and destination.

European & International Shipping

For all European and worldwide deliveries, we use UPS (United Parcel Service)

UPS provides fast, trackable, and secure service.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Spain (Peninsula & Baleares)

  • Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Express: 1–4 business days

European Union

  • Standard UPS: 5–10 business days
  • Express UPS: 2–5 business days

International (Rest of the World)

  • Standard UPS: 7–15 business days
  • Express UPS: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to customs inspections, local holidays, or logistical delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Service type (Standard / Express)
  • Order weight or total value

Some domestic orders may qualify for free shipping, depending on order value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A confirmation of dispatch
  • A tracking link to monitor your package in real time

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery):

7. Incorrect Address

Scandalusia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that all information is accurate before completing your order.

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
