Returns & Refunds

At Scandalusia, we take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our extra virgin olive oil and specialty products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for unopened, unused, and undamaged products, kept in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used bottles
  • Food items once unsealed (including oils)
  • Limited or special editions that have been opened
  • Any product damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased on final sale

If a product arrives damaged, see section 4.

2. Return Request Period

Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

3. How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of the damage and the packaging

We will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect orders.

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us. We will open a case with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Incorrect Address Provided

Scandalusia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please verify all delivery information before completing checkout.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, please submit a return request and place a new order.
