The hilltops in Cádiz, Andalusia where a large stretch of sun-cut land called Las Tejoneras filled with olive trees, demands a different rhythm and give us one of the best products Spain has to offer, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It's here where Scandalusia was born, free and wild.  

Our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils aren’t dressed in terracotta nostalgia or rustic clichés. They’re sharp, graphic and modern, designed like something you’d want to carry, gift or display on a table the way you’d place a favourite object. Behind the aesthetic is discipline: single-estate production, early harvests, low acidity, naturally high polyphenols, and a strict commitment to milling soon after picking. Each batch is limited. Each of our container’s draws its character from the contours of our land in the Sierra de Cádiz mountains of Andalusia.
