Scandalusia is born in the rugged hills of our finca, Las Tejoneras, where ancient olive trees thrive in mineral-rich Andalusian soil.

Here, olives are hand-picked at peak ripeness, transported immediately, and cold-pressed within hours - preserving bold flavour, extreme freshness, and naturally high polyphenols.

What began as a family finca has grown into a statement of identity: unapologetically strong, uncompromising, and proudly Andalusian.
